Can One plus 8 beat its 2020 competitors?

One of popular China's brand smartphone, One Plus, is ready to get their latest One Plus 8 into the market. The leak could be seen from the Iron Man show holding the One Plus 8 written with 5G technology at the back.

The latest rumo says that it will.be Powered by latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC with Adreno 650 GPU. Its operation is said to be supported by 4500 MaH fast charging battery.

Now, the question is, can it really stand together with Samsung Galaxy S20 ultra or Huawei P40? Or will the new One Plus 8 give some values that are not available at another phone?

For me, One Plus phone was one of the unique and great phone when it was powered by CynogenMod. But now, seems it need to follow others and could not be unique anymore.

Microsoft finally start breathing after dying via Windows 11

Microsoft has recently released the latest Windows version, Windows 11 or Windows 2020. Thr new version has a quitely most of paradigm shist, almost totally new in its UI. Even the edge browser has been revamped to a new design, follow the chromium architecture, which lead faster and rich content.

If we follow closely on this new windows version, does it look like a liitle bit of MacOS and Linux GNome?

Well since I am working with both MacOS and Fedora Linux Gnome, it seems very much familiar. Of course, the windows version looks better with its new UI and works with multiple layout.

But the main concern, still, the security and require of huge processing in order to run the apps.

I never turn off my Macbook pro for couple of months and still working superb, but I dont think will do on Windows.

Smartphone dominance in 2020

Year 2020 is getting more challenging to most of smartphone companies. iPhone is dying. The Samsung Galaxy is dying. LG is Dying. The mobile phone market is struggling with innovation these days. Furthermore with the new and bulk of smartphone product from China largely reduce global smartphone share.

Consumers are merciless. We want hyper-innovation two times a year (iPhone 6 Plus and iPhone 6S Plus). No other industry exerts this level of improvement on the manufacturer. What if Ford was challenged with releasing 2 new models of Explorer twice a year – with each subsequent model making the driver desire it more. Jony Ive saying (in a British accent), “This is the best Explorer we’ve ever made. It is milled entirely from a rare element only found in a small village in Tibet.” Apple and Samsung’s biggest challenge is they can’t slow down. They MUST meet consumer demands or lose valuable market share. The iPhone is dying, and we are killing it. How has Apple responded?

2020 belong to folding smartphone

Since 2019, the smartphone market jump to a new concept, folding. The new gadget, initiated by Samsung, come into consumer segment through Samsung Galaxy Fold.

It is as if you hold smartphone as well as table from the same smartphone. Make it look alive when the design is powered by AMOLED technology. I owned Nokia N9500 and N900 last time, and I do feel like to come back to old school with new technology.

Huawei also come out with foldable smartphone, but instead of folding out, it is a folding to extend the layout. Quit otherwise approach.
